In a series of tweets, Representative Ryan Zinke, a congressman from Montana’s 1st district, shared insights and opinions on several topics. Zinke has been a member of the U.S. Congress since 2023, succeeding Steve Daines and has a background in both partisan politics and education in Montana. His comments address historical recognition, border control, and military affairs.

On April 2, 2025, Rep. Zinke commented on the historical significance of Jeannette Rankin, the first woman elected to the U.S. Congress from Montana. He shared, "Well deserving and long overdue." He highlighted Rankin's presence in the Capitol Visitors Center, inviting visitors to appreciate her statue when in Washington, D.C.

The following day, on April 3, 2025, Zinke turned his attention to national border security on Twitter. He stated, "Enter the country illegally, get deported." He applauded the current administration's adherence to U.S. laws and commended the efforts of Border Patrol personnel.

Later that day, Zinke reflected on a recent policy discussion concerning arms sales. He remarked on what he deemed a successful event: "Very successful first roundtable for the HFAC Arms Sales Taskforce." Zinke thanked individuals, including HFAC Chair Rep. Brian Mast and Taskforce Ranking Member Rep. Dean, and emphasized the need for reform in the existing system.
