Currently we are experiencing issues receiving 911 calls from some carriers, primarily Verizon. We have been notified of an outage that is effecting the West Coast and in other areas including Denver, Washington DC, New York City and Atlanta.
We have been notified that the cell carriers are actively working on the issue.
We are currently getting some 911 calls on our Admin lines, which is ok, but understand that your location will not show up on our screens.
If you dial 911 and it doesn't work, try a non-Verizon phone if available. You can also call us at (406)322-5326.
If you are in need of emergency services and are unable to get through by calling 911 or 322-5326 you can text us at 911 if you are able to.
To text 911, enter the numbers ”9 1 1” in the “to” or “recipient” field. Please keep your messages short, include the address of the emergency and what the emergency is.
