On March 12, 2025, Rep. Zinke commemorated National Girl Scout Day by acknowledging the organization's impact over more than a century. He praised their role in developing leadership skills among young women and expressed appreciation to the Girl Scouts of Montana with a personal note: "Happy National Girl Scout Day! Later that day, he addressed regulatory concerns affecting Montana's coal industry. He criticized actions by the Biden administration that he claims targeted Montana coal through regulation standards meant to shut down Colstrip. According to Zinke, these measures were "unfair, unreasonable," potentially impacting electricity reliability and affordability in Montana.

On March 13, 2025, Rep. Zinke shared a positive interaction with youth involved in scouting programs by highlighting artwork from a young boy scout who reached out to him: "Great artwork from a young boy scout who wrote to me."
