UPDATE 5:46 pm: Both westbound and eastbound lanes of I90 are open. Westbound lane is slow due to congestion. PLEASE USE CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN AS BLACK ICE CONTINUES TO BE A HAZARD.
Please avoid I90 between Three Forks and Manhattan. Traffic is currently being diverted off the interstate at the Manhattan exit due to black ice and multiple slide offs.
