Stillwater County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services Has an Increased Response Time

Untitled

Attention Absarokee, Nye and Fishtail residents:

Please be advised that due to there being only one way in and out of the Nye area and heavy traffic now on the Grove Creek Road, emergency services has an increased response time of 25 to 40 minutes. Officials are actively trying to get more people stationed at the department so an ambulance can be located in the Fishtail-Nye area and one in Absarokee. The county does have a mutual aid agreement in place with Columbus Fire Rescue (CFR) and if needed, CFR will also respond. Please keep in mind that will also be an extended period of time.

Also, a surplus of nasal cannulas and nebulizers, handheld treatments have been ordered for those who have lost them and need replacements. These will be available at no charge Please contact Absarokee EMS Chief Charity Stephens at 406-425-3209 should you need any oxygen supplies excluding oxygen canisters.
