8.9% of households in Bridger received food stamps in 2020

Bridger ranked 171st in Montana for the percentage of households receiving food stamps in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

There were 31 Bridger households (8.9 percent) who received food stamps. Bridger's population was 917 in 2020.

The city with the largest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Little Browning, which had 18 of 26 households receiving food stamps, 60.3 percent more than Bridger. In 2020 the population of Little Browning was 136.

The city with the lowest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Manhattan, which had two of 781 households receiving food stamps, 8.6 percent less than Bridger. In 2020 the population of Manhattan was 1,950.
