BRIDGER: Breaking Bad' Star Aaron Paul Selling Spanish-Style Home for $2.2M

House

Bridger issued the following announcement on Nov 13.

Actor Aaron Paul and his wife, Lauren Parsekian Paul, have placed their Spanish-style home on the market for $2.2 million.

The West Hollywood, CA, home had come briefly onto the market earlier in the year for $2.5 million, just after the couple purchased the posh padof "The Big Bang Theory" star Jim Parsons in Los Feliz, CA, for $7 million.

Now that the couple have moved out, the space has been stylishly staged and relisted at a slightly lower asking price, so it’s truly ready for its close-up.

Perched high above the Sunset Strip, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comes with city views and 2,864 square feet of living space. Located on a compact, 4,837-square-foot lot, the space extends outdoors, thanks to decks and outdoor lounging areas.

The living area on the main level features a fireplace as well as a dining area that looks out to city views. The adjacent updated kitchen, with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, offers easy access to the home’s backyard. Outside, steps lead to a serene seating area, fountain, and a fire pit.

On the upper level of the home are three bedrooms, including a huge master suite with a sitting area, full bath, and access to a balcony.

The home's lower level offers opportunities to entertain guests or hang out, with a screening room, bar, and den.

Now 40, Paul is best known for his portrayal as Jesse Pinkman on the acclaimed AMC series “Breaking Bad.” The three-time Emmy winner reprised the role on Netflix for “El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie.” And since 2014, he’s been executive producer and starred in the Netflix animated series “BoJack Horseman.”
