The Montana State Bobcats announced on Mar. 23 that their upcoming women’s tennis match against New Mexico State has been canceled. The cancellation follows the decision by the New Mexico State women’s tennis team to call off its road trip to Montana.

The scheduled match was set for Sunday, March 29, at the Bobcat-Anderson Tennis Center. Officials said the contest will not be rescheduled.

Montana State’s next match is now planned for Wednesday, April 1, when the team will face Idaho State at Reed Gym in Pocatello, Idaho. That contest is set to begin at 1 p.m. Afterward, the Bobcats are expected to return to Bozeman for their final three matches of the regular season.
