Attention landowners located within the 100-year floodplain: 

Please know that you may need a permit before you begin rebuilding from the flood.

If you don’t know if you are located within the 100-year floodplain you can check the FEMA map service center here https://msc.fema.gov/portal/home. If you are located within the 100-year floodplain you will be receiving a letter next week regarding permitting requirements as well as information on damage assessments.
