Help envision a Bozeman where everyone belongs

The development of the City of Bozeman’s Equity & Inclusion Plan is underway. With this plan we first want to envision our ideal outcomes, then ground our work in achievable goals, and finally, develop realistic recommendations and actions. We need your help to hone in the Vision Statements that will guide the plan!

Based on the needs we heard in the 2021 Equity Indicators Report, the Vision Statements for the Belonging in Bozeman Equity & Inclusion Plan have been crafted. These Vision Statements aim to capture the root of the issue in each topic area and reflect the experiences of people in Bozeman who are most affected by existing disparities.

The City of Bozeman needs your help to ensure that these aspirational vision statements represent our community and what we want Bozeman to become!

Provide your feedback on the draft Vision Statements by June 11th!
