The Bozeman Swim Center announced on Mar. 26 several updates to its schedule for April, including new swim lessons, closures, and upcoming swim meets.
These changes are important for community members who use the facility, as they may affect access to swimming times and programs during the month.
A new session of swim lessons will begin on Sunday, April 5. Registration is available online at Bozeman.net or in person at the Swim Center. The center will close early at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 6 for lifeguard training; however, open boating will take place from 6:15 p.m. to 8:40 p.m.
The Barracuda Swim Club is set to host a swim meet on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19. During this event, the pool will be closed to public swimming and will reopen Monday morning at 5:30 a.m.
Additionally, the Special Olympics will hold a swim meet at the center on Thursday, April 23 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
“Thank you for being a part of our swim community!” said organizers in their announcement.
