Officer Gomez, What are your 5 most important rules for giving kids a digital device?
1) No wi-fi devices in bedrooms. Cell Phones, Laptops, Game Systems, etc…..
2) No social media until 13. Waiting till 16 is better.
3) Set a screen time limit and stick to it. This can be modified for age and responsibility level as you go.
4) No Snapchat or Tiktok
5) Less than 200 friends on any social media platform.
