The Water Conservation Division is excited to host its final engagement meetings to present and discuss proposed landscape and irrigation standards for new development projects. Standards include but are not limited to; limiting the installation of high water use turfgrass, requiring the installation of drought tolerant plants and high efficiency irrigation components, limiting the use of overhead spray irrigation, and requiring adequate soil depth and quality in future development projects.
The general public virtual meeting is scheduled for July 19th at 11:30am and the development professional virtual meeting is scheduled for July 20th at 11:00am. Meeting registration is required.
