At Sol, we offer beat-based barre classes catered to move your body and clear your mind. Our motivating instructors guide you through 50 minutes of dynamic and isometric movements all to the beat of the music. Our group fitness classes include the most effective low-impact, high-intensity, full-body exercises designed to increase your heart rate, improve strength and flexibility, and find inner balance.
